A LOCAL STORY. A LASTING LEGACY.

Built on
craftsmanship.

Owner Michael Pelczar has worked on houses since he was 14 years old. The work is still the same at its center: listen carefully, use good materials, and build something a family can enjoy for a long time.

Good materials. Honest conversations. A home that feels like you.

04 / THE ART OF BUILDING

The details
matter.

Good building is more than what you see when the project is finished. It is the quality of the materials, the care behind the work and the attention given to every detail.
